The aim of a weekend residence course is to get an extended period of profound rest in a comfortable and completely supportive environment. It offers the chance to go deeply into your experiences and gain more understanding of your TM practice, Higher States of Consciousness and other areas of Vedic Knowledge. Deeper clearer experience results and deep levels of stress and fatigue are dissolved. It is a great chance to get away from it all.

The weekend involves:

  • Extra meditation, gentle yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises)

  • Discussion of experiences to give a thorough understanding of the mechanics of Transcendental Meditation

  • Further knowledge about Maharishi’s programs

  • Individual and group meditation checking sessions

  • Delicious Vegetarian meals

The effects of the course are felt for many weeks afterwards. Participants feel more clarity, energy, appreciation and bliss.

Cost includes: accommodation, meals and the course. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom.

There will be the option to watch the Advanced Techniques prerequisite tapes over the 3 days. So please nominate if you would like to do this in preparation for learning an Advanced technique.

I attended my first TM retreat in August last year and found it to be the most wonderful reset I needed.  In the lead up, I had been avoiding my TM practice due to some life challenges and trying to avoid what was coming up when I went quiet.
